Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, or by engaging us to provide consulting, advisory, development, implementation, strategy, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website or our services. Where a separate written agreement exists between you and our company, that agreement will govern the applicable services to the extent of any conflict with these terms.

02

Our Services

We provide AI consulting and related technology services designed to help organizations evaluate, plan, implement, and improve the use of artificial intelligence and related technologies.

Services may include AI strategy, workflow analysis, automation consulting, system design, AI implementation, integration, training, optimization, and other services agreed upon with a client.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and fees for a particular engagement may be described in a proposal, statement of work, order form, or other written agreement.

03

Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or interfere with the operation or security of the website.

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or infrastructure.
  • Introduce malicious code, malware, or other harmful material.
  • Scrape, copy, reproduce, or systematically extract website content without permission.
  • Use our website or services to violate the rights or privacy of another person or organization.
04

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents, including text, graphics, branding, design, logos, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to our company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written permission.

Ownership of deliverables, custom software, documentation, models, prompts, workflows, or other materials created specifically for a client will be determined by the applicable client agreement or statement of work.

05

Confidentiality

During an engagement, either party may receive confidential or proprietary information belonging to the other party. Each party agrees to use reasonable measures to protect confidential information and to use it only for purposes related to the applicable business relationship.

Confidentiality obligations may be further defined by a separate nondisclosure agreement, master services agreement, statement of work, or other written contract.

06

AI Services & Outputs

Artificial intelligence systems can produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, biased, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. AI-generated content should therefore be reviewed and validated by qualified individuals before it is relied upon.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, our services do not guarantee that an AI system, model, workflow, recommendation, or output will achieve a particular business, financial, technical, or operational result.

Clients remain responsible for determining whether AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs are appropriate for their intended use and for maintaining appropriate human oversight.

Our services are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, accounting, regulatory, or other professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

07

Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party software, platforms, APIs, cloud infrastructure, AI models, data providers, or other technology services.

Third-party services are generally subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and limitations. We are not responsible for changes, outages, errors, security incidents, or other issues caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Where appropriate, clients may be required to maintain their own accounts, subscriptions, or licenses for third-party platforms used as part of an engagement.

08

Fees & Payments

Fees for consulting and other professional services will be communicated to the client before work begins and may be documented in a proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable according to the payment terms stated on the applicable invoice or agreement.

Additional work requested outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees and may require written approval before the work is performed.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

12
